Shawn's Lawn Care can update the look of your home and provide functionality & depth with the addition of concrete curbing (sometimes called "edging"). Curbs are pre-formed concrete units made in the same fashion as pavers & segmental retaining wall block, and are designed to resemble split granite. It is very effective for containing mulch and stone in plant beds. It also can be used to create planters, or can be used in conjunction with other hardscaping projects. The advantage of curbing is that it is extremely durable (some manufacturers provide lifetime warranties), unlike railroad ties & landscape timbers. It also may provide a more cost effective alternative than wall block for certain projects. |
